This training is designed to provide you with an understanding of sexual harassment and equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary to prevent and respond to sexual harassment incidents in the workplace. Understanding the impact of sexual harassment on you and your fellow coworkers and taking proactive measures to create a safe and respectful workplace environment for all is important as a long-term caregiver. This training will provide you with a comprehensive overview of sexual harassment, including its definition, types, legal aspects, and prevention strategies.
This training satisfies the 1-hour training regulations put forth in SB 1343 for non-supervisory employees.
Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will be able:
