Good communication can improve the way that you operate through life, smoothing your way in your relationships with others. Effective communication can be particularly challenging in residential care.
This course highlights everyday communication skills, cross-cultural communication, and common challenges in communication in residential care.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

- Develop skills for understanding and communicating with different types of communicators
- Navigate differences in communication styles in diverse populations
